A typeface inspired by the emotion Frustration. The volatility of frustration provided an opportunity to be very expressive with the letterforms. I created the letters through ripping up each letter, a simple act of frustration, and attempting to piece them back together, an equally frustrating task. The final result is agitated and chaotic, a clear disruption of normality. The type specimen is an extension of the typeface, using a frustrated, erratic grid to set the type making
it frustrating for the viewer to read.
